Baqur Mehdi, originally from Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, began his academic journey after completing his schooling by relocating to Delhi to pursue a bachelor’s degree in social work, followed by a Master's in Labour and Development. During his academic years, Baqur gained valuable experience as a volunteer and field officer with esteemed organizations such as UNICEF, the International Labour Organization, Prayas, and various NGOs. Transitioning into the corporate sphere, he commenced his career as a Labour Officer in the HR Department at Serco India Private Limited. He then advanced through roles including HR Executive at RT Outsourcing and HR Manager at ICICI Bank. In 2009, Baqur made a significant pivot into the Indian real estate sector, spending six impactful years collaborating closely with renowned developers to refine his expertise in channel sales. Since November 2015, he has been a key figure at Unique Zone Real Estate in Dubai, initially joining as a property consultant and rising to the role of Sales Director over nine years. Baqur specializes in direct sales of various property types including land, luxury villas, affordable housing, commercial, and institutional properties. He has successfully closed transactions totalling over 1.7 billion dirhams and managing a portfolio exceeding 400 million dirhams+, demonstrating his proficiency in negotiation, market analysis, and cultivating strong client relationships. Moreover, Baqur has achieved recognition as one of the TOP 100 Brokers in Dubai Real Estate, boasting a 4-star rating, further underscoring his industry reputation.
