In 2009, he transitioned into the Indian real estate market, gaining six years of experience with prominent developers. Since joining Unique Zone Real Estate in Dubai in 2015, Baqur has advanced to Sales Director, specializing in direct sales of luxury villas, land, affordable housing, and commercial properties. He has closed over 1.7 billion dirhams in transactions, earning recognition as a top broker in Dubai.
