Overview:

Arabian Ranches III is a prestigious residential development by Emaar Properties, located in the expansive suburban region of Dubailand. This project represents the third phase of the broader Arabian Ranches construction initiative, which began with the original Arabian Ranches and Arabian Ranches II. Launched in 2019, Arabian Ranches III is slated for completion in Q2 2022, with U+A Architects and WME Consultants playing key roles in its design and consultancy.

Development Phases:

Arabian Ranches III is unfolding in multiple stages:

- Near Completion: The communities of Sun and Joy are nearly ready to welcome their first residents.

- Under Construction: Five communities—Ruba, June, Caya 2, Elie Saab, and Spring—are actively being built.

- Planning Stage: Caya and Bliss are still in the planning phases.

When fully developed, Arabian Ranches III will encompass around 400 villas and townhouses, marking it as one of the largest gated villa communities in Dubai.
