Overview:

Nad Al Sheba is a well-established community located south of Dubai Creek, adjacent to the historical parts of Dubai where Emiratis traditionally resided. It is bordered by Al Quoz, Silicon Oasis, Ras Al Khor Industrial Area, and Al Markada. The area features a variety of property types, including villas, apartments, and serviced apartments, spread across five sub-communities: Nad Al Sheba 1, 2, 3, 4, and Sobha City.

Construction and Development:

The main contractors for Nad Al Sheba Villas were Trojan General Contracting, United Engineering Construction, and Metac General Contracting, with the main works completed in 2019.
