At the moment we are hiring community experts for Dubai Hills Estate, Emirates Living, Downtown, Damac Hills 1 and 2, and Dubai Land.
Responsibilities of RE Area Specialist.
- Solicit potential clients to buy, sell, and rent properties
- Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close, providing counsel on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options
- Compare properties to determine a competitive market price
- Generate lists of properties for sale, including details such as location and features
- Build lists of properties with detailed specifications, and market through open houses, advertisements, networking, and relationships
- Take prospective buyers or renters to see properties
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
- Mediate negotiations between buyer and seller
- Head up the negotiations with industry professionals and clients, review contracts terms, and verify accuracy
Desired Candidate Profile
- Real estate agent license
- Excellent communication and Knowledge of computers / MS office is a must
- Excellent phone / cold calling skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of local area and properties
