Dubai, UAE: SAMANA Developers has launched SAMANA COLLECTA, a new premium real estate brand marking the company’s next phase of growth and expansion into luxury, lifestyle-focused property development.
Having launched 54 projects in Dubai and established itself among the emirate’s top 10 developers, the company plans to focus on distinctive locations, contemporary design, international brand collaborations and carefully curated residential experiences through its new brand.
Built around a “life first” philosophy, SAMANA COLLECTA aims to create destinations that offer more than a prestigious address, placing emphasis on residents’ lifestyles, convenience and everyday experiences.
The brand’s first flagship development will be located at The World Islands in Dubai, with a gross development value exceeding Dh4 billion. The project will feature 840 branded residences, seven floating villas and two tree villas, introducing a new concept of year-round island living.
Imran Farooq, CEO of SAMANA Developers, said the launch represents the company’s evolution from rapid expansion towards a more selective approach to premium development, with greater emphasis on location, design and lifestyle.
He highlighted The World Islands as an exceptional waterfront destination, with the ambition of transforming island living into a practical residential experience rather than a location reserved primarily for leisure and occasional visits.
The development is planned to combine privacy and waterfront access with facilities designed to support everyday living. Amenities will include multiple beaches, a lagoon, swimming pools, a beach club, water sports facilities, spas, indoor and outdoor gyms, co-working spaces, retail outlets and a dedicated welcome centre.
Regular yacht shuttle services between the island and mainland Dubai are planned at 30-minute intervals, with boarding locations to be announced closer to launch. High-speed connectivity and flexible working facilities are also intended to accommodate residents who work remotely or operate their own businesses.
Dining will be another key feature, with several restaurant concepts planned, including a signature floating Italian restaurant developed in collaboration with a Michelin-recognised culinary partner.
The residential portfolio will include studios and one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, alongside floating and tree villas. All residences are planned to offer sea views, with layouts designed to maximise natural light and views of the surrounding waters.
Italian-inspired landscaping will complement the island’s design, while the residences will be developed in collaboration with an internationally recognised Italian luxury brand. The identity of the brand partner is expected to be announced separately.
Despite its premium positioning, SAMANA COLLECTA plans to offer residences starting at below Dh2 million, providing a range of entry points for buyers interested in island living.
The World Islands project represents the first development under SAMANA COLLECTA, with further destinations planned across Dubai and selected international markets.
Through the new brand, SAMANA Developers aims to expand beyond individual residential projects and establish lifestyle-led destinations that combine distinctive locations, premium amenities and the infrastructure required for long-term residential living.
